Welcome to Ragstone Ridge Wine! We want your order to get to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Note: During high-demand periods (such as holiday periods), processing times may be slightly extended.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and order size.
Domestic Shipping (within England, Wales, Scotland):
Standard Shipping (2-4 business days): £7.99 up to 5 bottles, 6+ bottles Free delivery
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking info to update. You can also track your order via the order tracking link in your confirmation email.
❗ Shipping Limitations
We currently do not ship internationally. Only to England and Scotland
💥 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at orders@ragstoneridgewine.co.uk within 24 hours of the delivery date. We’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
