Refund policy

We allow for order cancellation within 7 working days of delivery, provided all bottles are unopened and undamaged. If a wine is damaged or faulty upon delivery, you must notify the sales office within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or refund. For cancellations, a £20 surcharge may apply to cover delivery and collection costs. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Timeframe:

You can cancel your order within 7 working days from the date you receive the wine by emailing orders@ragstoneridgewine.co.uk.

  • Condition of Returned Wine:

All returned bottles must be unopened and undamaged.

  • Refund Process:

Ragstone Ridge will refund the price of the wine within 30 days of cancellation notification, after the wine is returned and inspected. A restocking fee of 10% will be applied.

  • Cancellation Fees:

A £20 surcharge will be applied to cover delivery and collection costs for cancelled orders, unless the wine was delivered damaged or faulty. 

 

Refund Policy (Damaged or Faulty Wine):

  • Notification:

If any bottles are broken or spoiled upon delivery, notify the sales office within 24 hours orders@ragstoneridgewine.co.uk.

  • Action:

Ragstone Ridge will replace the damaged wine or refund the cost of the damaged bottles.

  • Inspection:

You should inspect all bottles upon delivery and note any breakages on the delivery documentation.
