How long does delivery take?
2-4 business working days
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order via orders@ragstoneridgewine.co.uk or call us on 01622 743537 and we can assist you.
I'd like to return or replace my order?
Please contact us at orders@ragstoneridgewine.co.uk and we can assist you.
I'd like to cancel my order
You can cancel
your order within 7 working days from the date you receive the wine.
All returned bottles must be unopened and
undamaged
Ragstone Ridge
will refund the price of the wine within 30 days of cancellation notification,
after the wine is returned and inspected.
A £20 surcharge
will be applied to cover delivery and collection costs for cancelled orders,
unless the wine was delivered damaged or faulty.
