Wine bottling day!

Wine bottling day!

We have worked tirelessly getting the growing, harvesting and pressing of our grapes correct and to the highest standard, along with the fermentation, processing and final filtration of our wine. We have finally reached the bottling stage for our exquisite rosé, which requires just as much thought and consideration! Immediately after the bottling stage, they now need to be stored for six weeks for the bottle-shock to settle.

In the meantime…if you are wondering what to expect from our rosé, we have used fruit grown on the Ragstone Ridge vineyard, where Kent’s limestone soils shape wines of finesse and purity. This rosé is a vibrant blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir. Aromas of wild strawberry, redcurrant, and rose petals lead into a bright palate of raspberry, white peach, and citrus zest. A subtle mineral backbone and crisp acidity bring balance and length, finishing refreshingly dry.
