We are delighted to announce that, alongside our exquisite wine collection, we have also been nurturing our beautiful honeybees and hives on-site and will be launching our very own Borage honey.

Borage honey is produced from the nectar of the starflower otherwise known as the borage flower. The flower itself has been held in high regard for most of human history and is believed to behold many notable benefits according to the ancient Greeks. It is renowned for its sweet flavour, unique colour, clarity and delicate aroma.
