We visited Defined Wine today, to decide the final mixes for our Kentish Sparkling Cuvée and taste our delicious Blanc de Blancs, you will not be disappointed!

Tomorrow we get another step closer to the launch in May, we will be bottling our Rosé and Pinot Noir.
